The Preview 3D Origin Story

Founded in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, Preview 3D was built to create photo-real 3D content at competitive prices. As marketing costs and SaaS fees continued to rise in the industry, we saw a need for a budget-friendly, hassle-free solution that delivers great visuals without unnecessary costs. As the world embraced virtual solutions, Preview 3D’s services provided options. Soon, we began to deeply understand the way our work impacts all phases of development (not just marketing), and we began to offer a full menu of content options to suit any need.

Steve founded Preview 3D in 2020 to give developers photo-real 3D content without heavy SaaS fees or inflated agency pricing. He sets the company’s direction, stays close to key client partnerships, and keeps the studio focused on streamlined execution, competitive pricing, and quality that holds up from pre-construction through lease-up.

Jordan Middleton

Operations Director

Jordan runs production at Preview 3D, from project kickoff through final delivery. He manages schedules, artist workflows, and quality checks across renderings, animations, floor plans, and virtual tours, and he’s a big reason the team holds a 97% on-time delivery rate on projects across the country.

Joshua Ford

Head of Growth

Joshua leads marketing, revenue operations, and partnerships at Preview 3D, working with developers and property management teams.
